ARI History

ARI Network Services, Inc. (“ARI”) was incorporated in Wisconsin in 1981 and is a leading innovator of products and solutions that serve several vertical markets with a focus on the  automotive tire and wheel, powersports, outdoor power equipment, durable medical equipment, marine, RV and appliance segments. Products and services include eCommerce enabled websites, lead generation/lead management services, search engine marketing, and electronic catalogs (parts, garments, and accessories).

ARI markets its products and services through multiple sales channels and geographic markets serving more than 22, 000 equipment dealers, 140 manufacturers, and 195 distributors worldwide. ARI has customers in over 100 countries with the primary market being the Americas served by multiple US offices. The company also has a sales and service office in the Netherlands serving the EMEA and APAC markets.

Most of ARI’s products leverage content that we have published and aggregated into a large content management system which we take to market through a “software as a service” or “content as a service” model. It is the nature of our products, along with the content and the continual management and updating of the content, which allows us to sell the majority of our products and services in a recurring revenue model.
