For the most part, dealers are making good progress on building up their Online Lead Generation Playbooks! A huge 82% of dealers say their website is mobile-friendly – a great step in the right direction. Multiple consumer surveys have reported that a majority of users won’t recommend a business with a poorly designed mobile site.

However, there is still a lot of opportunity for dealers to spend their marketing budget more wisely and see better results in return. With only 36% of respondents saying they set time-bound sales and marketing goals on a regular basis and plan ways to meet them, a majority of dealers are not planning or measuring their marketing efforts.
