NO. PartSmart cannot be installed on Windows 95.
In order to install and use PartSmart, you will need to upgrade to a recommended Operating System: Windows 2000 Professional workstation or Server, with Service Pack 3 or later; Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2 or later; Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition, Enterprise Edition RC2, or Small Business Server RC2; Windows Vista Business and Premium editions are supported - Home and Home Premium are not supported; Windows 7 (Professional only); Windows Server 2008 Standard (RC2 and all Service Packs are supported).
