NO. PartSmart cannot be installed on Windows 95. In order to install and use PartSmart, you will need to upgrade to a recommended Operating System: Windows 98 SE, Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000, Server 2000, or Server 2003. As of PartSmart Version 8.2, Windows Vista (Business and Ultimate) is also supported.
