Opportunities in:

ARI is seeking a driven, customer focused territory manager with a proven track record to join our team. This position represents an exciting opportunity to be a “hands on” sales professional driving new technology and marketing solutions to our large base of current customers.

The individual in this position will be responsible for selling ARI product offerings to dealers. We are looking for individuals who are not afraid to cold call and have great presentation and technical skills to demonstrate our online marketing tools via WebEx.  The right candidate will possess the creative skills to help educate dealers on marketing their store on the internet and would be able to build rapport and engage dealers in these types of discussions about using technology to drive sales success.   They will emphasize ARI’s commitment to value before, during and after the sale.

Specifically, this individual will:

  • Generate leads, qualify leads, and build a funnel of opportunities large enough to meet sales objectives within a large assigned customer base and with prospective dealers inside the assigned geographical territory.
  • Upsell existing customers and ensure timely renewals of existing website and related product suite in designated territory.
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals by managing sales activity according to agreed market development strategy.
  • Properly demo and quote desired products.
  • Properly execute necessary paperwork in a timely manner to process customer orders.
  • Timely follow up to all customer inquires.
  • Track and maintain all prospect and customer activity in the company CRM application (Salesforce.com).
  • Assist Marketing personnel with seminar/mailing/call campaigns as required by management.
  • Work within the organization to assemble detailed proposals for the products and/or custom solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to programmatically drive results.
  • Directly interface with top accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and revenue.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
The qualified candidate will have a degree in business or marketing, minimum of 2 years inside sales experience; experience in working with customers in a B2B environment; customer service oriented; be a good communicator with exceptional integrity; and be skilled in the MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.

The Infrastructure Engineer I performs the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of ARI’s networks and computer systems. The Infrastructure Engineer provides 3rd level support and troubleshoots problems on all company infrastructure.

What cool things will you do…?

  • Provide technical guidance and project management for infrastructure projects including system upgrades and migrations.
  • Develop Engineering designs and provides technical training and documentation for the support organization.
  • Manage and promote business relationships within and outside of Infrastructure Services.
  • Assist with vendor management for related services and contracts.
  • Provide 3rd level support for all company infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, monitor, upgrade, test and support all hardware and software, including operating system(s).
  • Install upgrades, and maintain fundamental infrastructure applications to ensure productivity and expense containment.
  • Troubleshoot network-related components at local and remote sites to improve productivity and quality.
  • Diagnose system problems using system logs and monitoring tools and utilities to improve productivity and quality.
  • Provide technical expertise to all internal and external customer inquiries, requests and problems.
  • Provide a backup method for system/data recovery that is consistent with Business Recovery plans.
  • Monitor systems for security issues or breaches and maintain user accounts and permissions to keep systems secure.
  • Lead and manage small project and technical teams.

What should you bring to the table…?

  • Associate degree.
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience working with networking systems, installing and maintaining computers.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • You love things like C#, ASP.Net MVC, Backbone, Bootstrap, Less, Knockout, Angular, Node, MongoDB, Solr, AWS.
  • Work together with the Product Owner to plan and execute product development.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management in defining the Product Vision.
  • Ensures that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively.
  • Establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
  • Oversees Agile Process for Product Development.
  • Facilitates release and sprint planning.
  • Conduct daily scrum meetings.
  • Help developers resolve both technical problems as well as human resources issues.
  • Monitor individual employees’ performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years programming experience with Microsoft ASP.Net.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management/ leadership experience in a software development organization required.
  • A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and/or development manager.
  • Strong understanding of the software development cycle.
  • Strong leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem solving skills.
  • Experience with managing the development of SaaS and cloud based applications.
  • Experience with web services and REST.
  • Understanding of relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues.
  • Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices
  • Well organized, good communication and reporting skills.

ARI’s Web Development program is a premier experience for individuals seeking a career in front-end web development. ARI designs and develops some of the world’s best website solutions for Powersports, Marine, Tire & Automotive, Home Medical Equipment, Appliance and Recreational Vehicle dealerships and OEMs. We are always interested in pushing ourselves and our interns to integrate new technology and skills to keep ARI at the cutting edge of our markets.

A Web Dev will assist in designing and developing ARI’s web products, learning and mastering new website development tools, and theming websites to dealer’s exact specifications. Interns will be working with several of ARI’s proprietary Content Management Systems (CMS) to create websites and integrated web products.

During the program, you will…

  • Create graphical themes for client websites
  • Develop client websites using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
  • Create website content and layouts
  • Perform image and text manipulation
  • Migrate content and settings as a part of the website development process
  • Gain valuable experience utilizing CSS preprocessors on a large scale
  • Perform browser testing of themes and functionality

Skills that you will need during your program include…

  • Basic to intermediate Photoshop skills (including working with layers, selections, layer styles, image manipulation, slicing, etc.)
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
  • Ability to make design decisions based on web best practices
  • Attention to detail
