The Digital Marketing Account Manager will work closely with our clients to develop their online marketing strategy and work with our Digital Marketing Content Producer Team to deliver social media campaigns, website content, email marketing and promotional strategies while keeping close watch on competitor & statistical analysis and Key Performance Indicators.

As a key member of the Digital Marketing services team, you will be responsible for growing and managing the Digital Marketing side of our clients’ businesses.   • 3-4 years experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency environment.

ARI is seeking a driven, customer focused territory manager with a proven track record to join our team. This position represents an exciting opportunity to be a “hands on” sales professional driving new technology and marketing solutions to our large base of current customers.

The individual in this position will be responsible for selling ARI product offerings to dealers. We are looking for individuals who are not afraid to cold call and have great presentation and technical skills to demonstrate our online marketing tools via WebEx.  The right candidate will possess the creative skills to help educate dealers on marketing their store on the internet and would be able to build rapport and engage dealers in these types of discussions about using technology to drive sales success.   They will emphasize ARI’s commitment to value before, during and after the sale.

Specifically, this individual will:

  • Generate leads, qualify leads, and build a funnel of opportunities large enough to meet sales objectives within a large assigned customer base and with prospective dealers inside the assigned geographical territory.
  • Upsell existing customers and ensure timely renewals of existing website and related product suite in designated territory.
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals by managing sales activity according to agreed market development strategy.
  • Properly demo and quote desired products.
  • Properly execute necessary paperwork in a timely manner to process customer orders.
  • Timely follow up to all customer inquires.
  • Track and maintain all prospect and customer activity in the company CRM application (

ARI’s Finance Intern will learn about the financial operations of ARI Network Services, Inc. and explore aspects of reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis. They will take an active role and assist in preparing analytical reports for company executives, monthly forecasts of future revenues and expenditures, monthly closings and account reconciliations. The Finance Intern will gain invaluable experience working for a publicly traded company with visibility to all aspects of the organization.


  • Provide support to the accounting, financial planning/analysis and accounting operations team.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the automation, efficiency, and accuracy of financial processes and procedures.
  • Work inter-departmentally to resolve issues.
  • Assist with analysis of ARI’s historical financial results with particular emphasis on opportunities that can lead to changes that will have a positive impact on business performance.

The Infrastructure Engineer I performs the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of ARI’s networks and computer systems. The Infrastructure Engineer provides 3rd level support and troubleshoots problems on all company infrastructure.

What cool things will you do…?

  • Provide technical guidance and project management for infrastructure projects including system upgrades and migrations.
  • Develop Engineering designs and provides technical training and documentation for the support organization.
  • Manage and promote business relationships within and outside of Infrastructure Services.
  • Assist with vendor management for related services and contracts.
  • Provide 3rd level support for all company infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, monitor, upgrade, test and support all hardware and software, including operating system(s).

ARI’s Web Development program is a premier experience for individuals seeking a career in front-end web development. A Web Dev will assist in designing and developing ARI’s web products, learning and mastering new website development tools, and theming websites to dealer’s exact specifications. Interns will be working with several of ARI’s proprietary Content Management Systems (CMS) to create websites and integrated web products.

During the program, you will…

  • Create graphical themes for client websites
  • Develop client websites using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
